いつもMeltyをお使いいただきましてありがとうございます。
今回の移行バージョンについて、ログインしたらデータが消えていたとのメールを数多くいただき、開発者様に状況を聞きました。
実は、私自身も、今回同じ状況でデータを消してしまいました。一年ほどのデーターでしたので、最初は何が起きたのか、分からない位動揺しました。
まずは、大切な大切なデータを飛ばしてしまって、本当に申し訳ないです。
その上で、開発者からの回答や私達の状況や思いを、大切なユーザ様に、隠し事なく、知っていただきたいので、今回のデータ紛失の経緯や今後の想いを説明させてください。
まずは、今回の経緯です。
私達は、Meltyのソースの開発は外部に委託しております。
開発をはじめて、1年弱になりますが、最初の半年以上を担当してくださっていた開発者が、前回のアップデートの前に、癌により急遽入院し、今年に入り新しい開発者に変更する事態となりました。
その後、新しい開発者に引き継ぎ、
途中からアップデートの作業を行なってもらうことになりましたが、
以前の開発者から、急な事態で今までのコードをすべていただくことができず、以前のコードの一部がないまま今回の開発者に委託し、開発を行なうことになりました。
本来、全ての方のデータの移行もアップデートと同時に行う予定でしたがこのため、
データの引き継ぎがうまくいかないまま、アップデート版がリリースされるいう状況となりました。
そのため、移行ツールを一部のコードを元に急遽作っていただき、再度移行ツール版のリリースを出しました。
しかし、今回その移行ツールのリリース版も、ログインしたらデータが飛んでいる上手くいかなかったというメールをいただきました。
以前と今回の開発者に問い合わせ、状況を確認しましたが、おそらくソースコードの問題で一部のバグがつぶせていなかった事による可能性があります。
ここまでが、事実としての経緯です。

そして、今後の対策ですが、現状、データが飛んだ皆様は、新しくアカウントを作っていただき、新たに登録していただくしかない状況です。
もちろんこれは、こちらの事情で、アプリをお使いの皆様のここまでの大切なお客様の情報の蓄積を考えると、言葉になりません。大変申し訳ございません。
今回、今ご説明したように、開発者の管理やソースの扱いに、私たちに大きな不備がありました。
私達はキャバ嬢や店長、お客様から構成されるチームで開発をしており、アプリ開発の経験が不足しており、このような事態を生んだ事を大変、申し訳なく思っております。
重ね重ね申し訳ございません。

なお今回以降のバージョンでは、引き継いだ新しい開発者が０から開発を行なっており、顧客情報はすべてサーバーに保存されており、今後、このようなことが、起こらないように最善をつくしてまいります。
このように、皆様が使いやすい物を作る事に注力してきたのですが、システム開発に関してはまだまだ理解が足りない部分があり、このような事態を生んでしまいました。
