キャバクラで働くのであれば最低限覚えておきたい言葉を場面ごとにまとめました。
馴染みがない言葉も多いかもしれませんが、よく使う言葉ばかりなので少しずつ覚えていきましょう。
挨拶、店内で使う言葉
まず、キャバクラで働く際に絶対に必要な挨拶と勤務中によく聞く言葉をまとめました。
挨拶
水商売の世界における、挨拶の基本。
おはようございます
出勤時に言う言葉です。夜ではありませんが水商売の世界では
「おはようございます」と言います。また、メールやラインなどを先輩に送る際もまずは「おはようございます」と挨拶から始めましょう。
お疲れ様です
1日の仕事が終わり帰る時に言う言葉。
働いてる最中に使う言葉
ここからは実際の勤務中に使う言葉です。
お願いします
何かを頼みたい時や、チェックをする際、 ボーイさんを呼ぶときに使う言葉です。「おねがいします」という際、誰が呼んだかわかるように一緒に手を挙げると いいですね。
待機
どのお客様にもついていない時間を待機と言います。
この時間はお客様にメールをしたりします。
チェック
セット時間が終わってお会計をすること。
手でバッテンを作ることでもチェックという意味を表します。
「お願いします！チェックです」
とボーイさんに言うと伝票を持って席にやってきます。
その際気を利かせて領収証の有無と、いる場合は宛名を聞いても良いですが、
よく来るお客様の場合は
「分かってるだろ」となる場合もあるので聞かないのが無難かもしれません。
テーブルの上にある物の用語
実際の接客中に使うであろう、席で使うテーブル用語を集めました。
ゲストグラス
お客様用のグラスのこと。
お湯割りやロックを飲む場合はグラスの形がかわるので頼む前にお客様に
“飲み方はどうなさいますか？”と聞くようにしましょう。
レディース
女性が飲むためのグラス。お客様のグラスよりワンサイズ小さいことが多いです。
基本もともとテーブルに置いてありますが、必要な際は
「お願いします！レディースください」
と言いましょう。
ボーイがレディースグラスを持ってきてくれます。
かわしぼ
おしぼりは基本お客様が手を拭くもののことですが、かわしぼというものも存在します。
かわしぼとは乾いたおしぼりのことです。
水が溢れてしまったり、洋服が濡れていたら
「お願いします。かわしぼください」とボーイさんに言ってください。
ピッチャー
ウーロン茶やお水を入れる、大きめの容器のこと
ダスタークロス
ダスタークロスとはテーブルを吹く台拭きの事です。
水などがたくさん溢れてしまった時は、かわしぼをもうらうようにしましょう。
アイス
水割りや、ソーダ割りを作る際にに使う氷のことです。
アイスにはマドラーとトングが一緒に刺さっていることが多いです。
ミネ
ミネラルウォーターの略。
水割りを作る際や、チェイサーを用意する場合に使います。
マドラー･トング
酒をかきまぜたりする時に使う金属やプラスチックで出来た棒の事です。
トングは氷をつかむものです。アイスを頼んだ際一緒についてきます。
チャーム
チョコレートや、ナッツなどのちょっとしたおつまみの事。
どのテーブルにももともとおいてありますが、
お店によっては新たにチャームを頼むとお金が発生する場合も多いです。
システム用語
キャバクラで主に使うシステムに関する用語です。どれも大事な言葉です。
同伴
お客様とご飯などを食べて、一緒にお店に入ることです
同伴バック（同伴してお金がもらえること）がつきます。
アフター
お店が終わってお客様とバーやカラオケに行くこと。
基本サービス残業ですが、お客様からするとついてきてくれるのは
とても嬉しいことなので
アフターに行くことで、そのあとの売上が上がるチャンスも大きくなります。
店外デート
お店の外でプライベートでお客様と会うことです。
指名（本指名）
お客様が気に入った女の子にテーブルについてもらうこと。
売上や、給料を上げるためには指名客をどれだけ抱えられるか、どれだけ指名客の席でドリンクを飲むかということが大事になってきます
フリー
指名をしないこと。
フリー客というのは指名する女の子がいないお客様のことです。
入ったばかりの場合はまずフリー客につくことがお多いと思います。
場内指名
フリーできて、気に入った子がいた際そのまま指名すること。本指名につなげるためには
フリー→場内指名→指名とステップを踏む場合がほとんどです。
ヘルプ
指名したキャストが、他の指名客の席についている時に変わりに接客する女の子のこと。
バック
ドリンクを飲んだ際や、指名を貰った時、同伴をした際に報酬として
お金をもらえることです。
シャンパンなどを飲むことでバックは大きくなります。
体験入店
お店に入店する前に、体験で1日働くことです。
気に入ればそのまま入店します。このことを本入店といい、基本的体験入店の際は本入店した時の時給よりも低いです。
最後に
キャバクラで働くのであれば最低限覚えておきたい言葉をまとめました。
これだけ覚えておけばほぼ困ることはないです。
しかし、あくまで業界用語なのでプライベートでは使わないように（笑）
私の場合、友達とお店に食べに行った際店員さんを呼ぶ際
「おねがいしまーす！」
といって、キャバクラに勤めていたことがわかってしまったことがあります。
また、業界用語とは書きましたが、あくまで覚えておきたいワードなのであって
もちろん使わなくても問題はありません。
「お願いします！ミネください」を
「お願いします！ミネラルウォーターください！」
でも全く問題はありませんし、むしろお客様から見ても、そっちの方が印象はいいです。
たくさんあってなかなか覚えられないと思うかもしれませんがよく使うワードばかりなので勤めているうちにすぐに覚えられると思います。
