出勤してから、退勤するまでの間に、お客さまについていない時間、普通は待機をしていますよね。お店のどこかのブースに女の子だけがまとまって座っている状態を待機と言います。
給料体系も、待機と接客中では変わる事もあるようですが、待機の時間を有効的に活用するにはどうすればいいのでしょうか？
今回はその事を私の経験から考えてみたいと思います。
まず私の考えとしては、待機中でもお給料が発生してる訳ですから、少なくとも仕事に関係した事をするのは、大前提だと思います。
個人的な用事やゲームなどは避けるべきという事です。
お店によって携帯やスマホの使い方に制限がある所もあるので、そのルールに従う必要がありますが、ここでは私的な利用でなければ許されているという前提で考えてみましょう。
待機中にすべき事
営業
まずは、有効な時間の活用の一つは、営業ですね。
ラインやメールをつかう事が多いと思います。関連する記事も沢山あります。
当日の予定やその週とかの営業をして、予定を埋めていく事ができると、時間は有効に活用できますね。
特にラインは、リアルタイムの会話性があるので、返事がすぐに返ってくるような状態だと、その日に呼べる可能性もあるかもしれないです。
情報収集
次は、ニュースとかの話題の入手です。これもスマホでできますね。
いろんなニュースサイトがありますので、お客さまと話題にしやすい事、もしくはお客さまが言ってきそうなことを調べておくと会話がはずみます。

観察
続けて、意外とやってみるといいのは、周りのお客さまと女の子の観察です。
やはり売れている子は、何かを持っています。
話を聞いている時の態度や姿勢、座る位置、お酒の入れ方などなど、観察してみてください。
またお客さまの中でもよく来られるお客さまだと、ヘルプとかでつく可能性がありますね。
特徴がなにかあるなら観察しておくと思いがけないところで役立つかもしれません。
カラオケを歌っているお客さまの場合は、どんな曲かもよく聞いておいてください。ヘルプでついた時に、「さっき・・歌っておられました？あの歌好きなんです。」などの会話ができると話題ははずみます。
あまりにきょろきょろしてると変ですが、自然な感じで周りのキャストとお客さまを観察してみてくださいね。
記録の見直し
最後は、お客さまの情報を見直す事もできます。Meltyを活用して、どんなお客さまがいるか、どんな会話や歌を歌ったか、いつきたか、家族やお仕事、趣味とかの状態はどうかなどなど、確認してみましょう。
お客さまの事を細かく記録しているほど、思い出す情報も多くなり、また呼びたいと思う気持ちも高まります。
