お客様に指名していただくには、多くの場合は以下のステップを踏むかと思います。

②場内指名をしていただく
③次回以降も指名で来店
お客様から指名して頂くという事は、キャバ嬢にとって、とても光栄な事ですよね。
でも、一度指名してくれてもそのまま次がないなどと言う場合も少なくありません。
でも、せっかく指名をして頂くからには、一度だけではなくその後も継続して指名して頂きたいと思いますよね。
そうするためには、何が大切なのでしょうか？
この記事では、指名で来店してくださったお客様が次回以降もリピートしていただくために心がけておきたいことについてまとめていきたいと思います。
まずは初指名時の印象が一番大切
何事も初めが肝心だという言葉を良く耳にしますよね。本当にその通りなのです。
初めて指名して下さる際は、
「この子とずっと話していて楽しいかな」「どんな接客をしてくれるのかな」「今後も長く続く関係になるかな」と言った一種の賭けのような気持ちで指名して下さいます。
そう。まず、初めての指名時に楽しませられたかそうでないかによって、また次もあるかどうかが決まってしまうのです。
その上で、次回以降も来店につなげるためにどうするべきかを考える必要があります。
お客様を次回も来店したいと言う気持ちにさせるために、心がけておきたい事とはどのような事があるのでしょうか？
リピートしていただくために心がけておきたいこと
①お客様の好きなお酒や趣味を覚えておく
本指名でいらして下さる前に、最低でも1度は会っていますよね。その時に話した内容や飲んでいたお酒などを覚えていれば、かなり好印象です。
ホステスは、1日に何十人ものお客様とお話をします。
それはお客様も承知の事なので、その中で覚えてくれていたとなると、とても嬉しく感じるものなのですよ。
それは初回に限らず、しっかりと顧客ノートやアプリなどで管理をして継続していくことが大切なのです。
②次までに考えておく話を用意しておく
お客様が退屈しないように接客をするのはもちろんですが、次回までのお題などを考えておくのも大切なのです。
そうする事で、また次もあるんだと言う気持ちになりますので、リピートに繋がりやすいと言えるでしょう。
「次までに〇〇行ってみる！」「次までに〇〇しておくね！」など、次回につなげるための会話を接客中にちりばめるといいでしょう。
③連絡はこまめにする
お客様がお店を出られてから、出来るだけ早く、お礼メールを送るようにしましょう。そして、お礼メールだけでなく連絡も出来るだけ毎日、こまめに取り続けることを心がけましょう。
ここでいけないのが、お客様に自分の存在を忘れられてしまう事です。
お客様には自分自身の生活もありますし、お仕事の付き合いで他のお店に行くことだってあります。
どれだけ楽しい時間をすごしたとしても、そこで連絡を全然していなければ忘れられていくのが自然だと言えるでしょう。
そうならないためにも、こまめな連絡は必須だと言えるでしょう。
その際に、単なる挨拶メールや営業メールを送るのではなく、接客中に出た話や、お客様への質問などを踏まえた、コミュニケーションを取り合うことが大切です。
