営業メール次第で売上は変わる！！お客様に合わせた効果的なメールの方法とは？！

夜のお店における営業メールとは、お客様を自分のお店に呼ぶために、ホステスさん達が送るメールの事を指します。

自分が呼んだお客様が自分を指名で来てくれれば、それは売上となり、お給料に変わります。

そのために、毎日連絡をし続けるのです。

しかし、「お店に来て」とか「ノルマがやばいから同伴してほしい」などあまりに直接的な表現だと、嫌がるお客様が非常に多いです。

つまり、営業メール＝お店に来てメールではありません。お店に行きたいような流れを作るメールこそが営業メールなのです。

それでは、上手な営業メールをおくるために意識すべき点はどのようなことなのでしょうか？

営業メールを送る際に意識すべきこと

交換後にはお客様への連絡は毎日する

毎日と言われると少し多すぎる気がしますよね。しかし、実は全く多くはないのです。

もちろん、毎日送り続けていても返信がないお客様もいらっしゃいます。

直接しつこいと言われるか、LINEであれば、ブロックされない限りは送り続けましょう。(ただし、返信がない場合は1日1通にしましょう)

なぜなら、それくらいしないと意味がないからです。

もちろん、お客様が連絡先を教えてくれたり、場内指名をしてくれるのはあなたのことを気に入ったからです。

でも、それはあくまでもその瞬間だけの出来事です。

ほとんどのお客様が、その1店舗のお店だけではなく、いくつものお店に行っています。そうすると、必然的に多くの女の子と知り合うことになりますよね。

そうなると、お客様の頭の中にも携帯のアドレス帳の中にもたくさんの女の子が存在する事になります。

その中で自分が一番になるには、まずは自分という存在をお客様に植え付ける所から始めましょう。

ご無沙汰している方へも定期的なメールを

ずっとお店に来てくれていたお客様が、突然来なくなってしまう事は良くありますよね。そうすると、どうしても連絡をするのも億劫になってしまいます。

でも、連絡の頻度を変えないのが大切なのです。

そのお客様は、本来はちゃんとお店に定期的にくる人なのだと証明されていますよね。

それが急に来なくなってしまったのは、少なからず気持ちに変化があったからです。

そこで、連絡を辞めてしまうと本当に切れて終わってしまいます。

しかし、まだ返信があるのであれば、大丈夫です。来店が無くとも、今までと同じペースでの連絡を3ヶ月は続けて下さい。

そうしている内に、だんだんとお客様の気持ちが戻ってくるのも少なくありませんよ。

どこか旅行に行った時などには写真付きのメールを

どこかに旅行や遊びに行った時などには写真を撮りますよね。

それを、お客様にメールする時に一緒に添付して送るようにして下さい。

そうする事で、毎日のメールにも飽きることもありませんしずっと新鮮味があります。

また、プライベートのあなたを知ったような気分になれて、お客様はもっとあなたに興味を持つようになりますよ。

それぞれのお客様に合わせた対応を

お客様にも様々な方がいらっしゃいますよね。独身の方もいれば、彼女持ちの方もいて、はたまた既婚者もいて。

みんながみんな、タイプが同じであればやりやすいのでしょうが、そうはいかないのが現実です。

それぞれのタイプにあった連絡方法が大切です。

例えば、既婚者や彼女持ちの場合であれば気をつけたいのが時間帯です。

たわいのないメールは、朝の9時〜18時くらいまでにしましょう。

普通の勤め人の方の場合は、ほとんどの方が会社に出ていて奥様や彼女の目がありませんよね。

私達ホステスは彼らに対して、安らぎの時間をお金をもらって提供しています。

その分、「人一倍空気は読めるように」「お客様にご迷惑はかけないように」これを心がけていきましょう。

メール次第で売り上げは変わる

メールは、お客様と女の子を繋ぐとても大切なツールです。

お店の中でしか繋がる手段がないとなると、お客様は女の子の事など忘れてしまう方がほとんどです。

それも当然です。ホステスの子は、どんなに好みで可愛い子であっても家族や友達ではありません。

あくまで、お店のホステスさんと言う立ち位置です。

そのため、そもそも興味の度合いのスタートラインが全く違うので、自分を印象付ける所から始めてみましょう。

さいごに

営業メール1つにしても、色々な工夫が必要ですよね。

それぞれの営業方針があるかとは思います。ただ、これだけは間違いないと言い切れるのは「連絡頻度が多いに越したことはない」のです。

たくさんメールしている内に、だんだんと仲良くなった気になっていって、楽しくて、会いたくなってくるものなのです。

まずは、「毎日のメールが楽しみだな」と思って頂ける事を目指していきましょう。
