予想はしていましたが、前回以上の影響と前回くらいの影響を足すと、7割近いという結果となりました。
今回2回目の宣言である事、そして客先が少し戻りだしていた所にきた宣言である事、ここまでにすでにかなり耐えてきているので余力が少なくなっている中での宣言である事など、前回よりも大きな影響になる要因がいろいろあると思います。
さらに2月7日までと言われている期限が、１か月延期になる方向も決まりつつあり、お店にいかない事が常態化しないかという事も心配です。
営業時間の短縮、早く終わる事、お客を呼べないと出勤できない事など、働く上では不利な条件がいろいろ出てきます。
宣言がでている事はもうどうしようもないので、今できる事は、関係を維持しつつ、宣言終了に向けての期待を高めていく事だと思います。
以前に話した事などをうまく振り返り、宣言終了後に再び盛り上がれる事を楽しみにできるような連絡の維持がとても大切です。
その時に重要なのは、テンプレート化していると感じさえない事です。ぜひ過去のデータを見直して、具体的な、そして心が通うような話題を振ってみてください。
