お客様を褒めることの重要性とは

お客様への接客中、相手を褒める事はありますか？

「自分よりも年上相手に？ 」
「逆に失礼だと思われない？」などと思いませんか？

でも、これが実は大きな効果があるのです。

凄くお金持ちやお金払いの良いお客様でないと、褒めどころはなかなか見つからないですよね。

人間は誰しも、ちょっとした変化を 気づいてもらえると嬉しいものです。

皆様も「ネイル変えた？」「マツエしたの？」「いつもと洋服が少し違うね」などど小さな変化でも、好きな人に気づいてもらえたらとても嬉しいですよね。

服装や髪型などの外見だけではなく、その人の人間性(中身)も褒めてあげるようにしましょう。

中には話していて、正直「ん？」と思ったり共感出来ないと思う方もたくさんいると思います。

もちろん、そのような方とはプライベートでは一切関わらないで距離を置いても良いと思います。

ただ、夜のお店に関しては私情はあまり挟まないようにしましょう。

なぜなら「お金が発生している」その時間だけは、誰もが平等だからです。

どんな話をされても、「さすが」「知らなかった」「凄い」「センスが良いですね」「そうなんですか」と、俗に言う「さしすせそ」の使い回しで構いません。

例えば、

自分語りをするお客様には「○○さんのお話は本当に為になる！この場所にいれる私は凄くラッキーですね！」

自分が面白いと思っている人には「こんなに笑ったの何年ぶりだろう！本当にいつも楽しくて幸せにしてくれね！ありがとう！」

自分が良い人だと思っている人には「本当に○○さんは良い人です！○○さんのお陰で私の人生観とか丸ごと変わった気がします」

色恋のお客様には
「いつも幸せな気持ちにさせてくれてありがとう」

などと、褒め言葉なんていくらでも考えれば出てきます。

何も本気で思う必要はないのです。

ただ、間違いなく言えるのは褒められて・持ち上げられて、悪い気のする人間はいません。

その感情を、うまく操るのが夜のお店でのお仕事の１つなのです。

知識を褒める

「能書きを垂れる」まさに、この言葉を再現しているかのようなお客様はたくさん存在します。

自分の知識をひけらかしたり、上から物を言ってみたり、女の子の事をバカにしてみたり。

この人達の目的はなんなのか？意地悪をしているか？などと思いますよね。

でも、どちらも違うのです。

答えは「ただただ褒めて欲しい」のです。

これを女の子に例えると

「私全然○○ちゃんみたいに可愛いくないから！」などと、わざと他の女の子の名前を出して「いやいや、君の方が可愛いよ！」と言わざる得ない状況を作り出す嫌な女と同じ心境なのです。

なので、「お客様が自分語りを始めたな」「何か上から物いってるな」などと感じたら怒らずに、心を無にして「なるほど！！凄く勉強になります！ 」などと言って相手を気持ちよくしてあげましょう。

人は基本的に褒められたい

人間は誰しも褒められたいものです。

褒められたいがために、自分の知識を語ったり・仕事での成功を語ったり・人生のアドバイスをしてきたりするのです。

相槌だけの適当な返事をされたり、自分の意見を全て否定されたりすると、また話したいと思う人は、まずいませんよね。

これは誰にでも共通します。
悩み事を打ち明けたり・自分の恋愛の話をしたり・趣味の話をしたり。

みんな、これらの話をするのは「聞いて欲しいから」「共感してほしいから」これにつきます。

こう言った人間の習性をしっかりと習得し、好印象を持たれる対応が出来るようにしていきましょう。
