なぜなら、お店にいるたくさんの女の子の中で自分が一番だと思ってもらわないといけないからです。
そうするためには、どういった行動が必要なのか。どうするべきなのかをまとめてみました。
まずは連絡先を聞き出す所から
お客様の席に着いた際は、ヘルプの席以外では、基本的に全て連絡先を交換するようにしましょう。
連絡を取り合わないで、お客様の方から「また会いたい」と来てくれる事はとても少ないです。
また、例え来てくれたとしても来店するたびにお休みだと、もう良いか。と言う気持ちになってしまいます。
そう言った隙を与えないためにも、連絡先の交換は、基本作業となってくるのです。
ここからは、好感触のフリーや場内指名のお客様からもっと好感度を上げて頂いて、本指名に繋げるためにはどうすれば良いのか考えていきましょう。
話の途中で時間が来てしまったた場合どうするのか
１つの話が終わる前に、ボーイさんがチェックの時間をお知らせに来た場合はどうすれば良いのでしょうか？
お店の人と言うのは、基本的に盛り上がっている時を見てやってきます。
何故なら、その方が延長が出やすいからです。
そこで延長してもらえれば良いのですが、ここでチェックが出た場合についてです。
そこでは、きちんとその日のお礼をお伝えしましょう。
そして、帰り際に「次回はもっと詳しく聞かせて下さいね」と継続性を持たせる発言をしましょう。
そうすることで、次もある事を感じさせるのです。
そう言った何気ない発言は、人の頭の中に残っているものです。
初めての段階から、自分自身な存在を植え付けていくことが大切なのです。
次回の来店の約束の仕方とは
接客をしている中で、お休みはいつなのかと言うことをさりげなく聞き出しておきましょう。
そして、その日から1週間くらいは営業をかけないで、毎日何気ないメールを始めていきましょう。(必ず毎日です)
ずっとメールを続けていると、徐々に営業をかけ出しても、あまり不自然さがありませんよね。
そこで、営業をかける日は呼びたいと決めた日の
2、3日前がベストです。
1週間・10日後の予定などを聞いてしまっては、変わることもありますし、先であればあるほど予定が分からないと言って逃げられてしまいますよね。
そうして営業をかけていき来店して頂く事で、お店に来ることが習慣化していくのです。
まずは焦らずに、しばらくは様子を見ることが大切なのです。
効果のある言葉とは
皆様は、お客様がまた来たい！と思えるような言葉は何だと思いますか？
「かっこいい」や「大好き」でしょうか？
もちろんそれも良い言葉ですし、お客様の気分も上がると思います。
言葉には、何が正解でどれが間違いだと言うものはありません。
でも、一番言われて嬉しくてまた次回の来店も待ってくれているんだと思う言葉は、「今日も凄く楽しかったです。また近いうちに」です。
これは、お礼メールの締めくくりの言葉としても使えます。
「凄く楽しかった」と言われるのは、お客様としても、とても嬉しい事ですし、「またお店に来てね」よりも「また近いうちに」の方が、客感も少なく感じられるのです。
言葉はとても難しく、何気ない一言で
相手を怒らせる事もあれば、深く傷つけることもあるのです。
そのラインを理解した上で、無難な言葉選びをしていきましょう。
