長く働いていると、1度くらいはお客様と喧嘩してしまう事もあるかと思います。
もちろん取っ組み合いなどはあまりありませんが、テーブルで言い合いになってしまったり、メールの文章の中に相手の気に入らない言葉を含んでしまい、怒らせてしまったり・・・と理由は様々です。
もちろん怒らせてしまった時は、よっぽど相手が悪くない限りは女性の方が折れないといけません。
でも、そこで下手な対応をしまう火に油を注ぐ事になってしまい、もっと事態が悪化する可能性も考えられます。
それでは、そんな時はどうすれば良いのか？
上手く怒りを鎮めてもらうための方法・逆にこんな事をしてはいけないと言ったことを、いくつかにまとめてみました。
喧嘩中のメールやラインで気をつけたいこと
一度喧嘩をしてしまうと、喧嘩モードからいつものテンションに戻していくのは難しいですよね。
いつもついてる絵文字や顔文字がなかったり、返信が遅かったりなどと、嫌な空気が流れてしまいます。
その空気感を女の子側から徐々に変えていきましょう。
売り言葉に買い言葉を避ける
女の子側からいくら歩み寄っても、全然ご機嫌を直してくれない場合ももちろんあります。
でも、そこでイライラして女の子までも言い返してしまったら、売り言葉に買い言葉で、事態はもっと悪化していきます。
なので、お客様の熱がまだ下がりきっていないと感じた際は言い返したい気持ちをグッとこらえて、お客様の意見を聞いてあげましょう。
メールでのやり取りは出来るだけ絵文字を多用する
喧嘩はしているものの、連絡のやり取りは続けていると言う場合があります。
その場合は、出来るだけ素っ気ない文章にならないよう絵文字や顔文字を多用して下さい。
同じごめんなさいでも、
「ごめんなさい。」と「ごめんなさい(>_<)」では受ける印象が違いますよね。
こう言った気遣いを続ける事で、 徐々にお客様のヒートアップした気持ちも柔らいでくるのです。
揉め事の原因がメールでの発言の場合
お客様と揉める時、必ずしも状況が対面している時とは限りませんよね。
中には、悪気なく送ってしまったメッセージが相手の逆燐に触れる可能性もあるのです。
そんな時、どうすれば良いのか？この場合は、一緒にいる時よりも難しい状況です。
メッセージだけのやり取りであれば、連絡先を消されてそのまま終わりだと言う可能性もあるからです。
そのためには、まずは自分の意見を言うよりも先に、自分の非を認めて謝罪していきましょう。
何をするにしても、「ごめんなさい」がきちんと言えるかどうかが大切なのです。
電話をかけるのも効果的
怒っている相手に対して、いくらメールを送ってもラチが明かない場合がありますよね。
そんな時はダラダラとメッセージのやり取りを続けておくのではなく、
手っ取り早く電話をかけてしまうのもありだと思います。
ずっとメッセージのやり取りが続いていて、すぐに連絡が返ってくる場合は突然電話をしても良いとおもいます。
その方が突発性があって、それだけこの揉め事を重大に受け止めているのだと言うことを認識させるからです。
ただ、返信が遅い場合や相手がサラリーマンの方で平日の真昼間などの場合は、きちんと電話をかけても良い時間を確認しましょうね。

そう言った場合に事態を放置するのではなく、女性側からうまく対処出来るかどうかで、そのお客様との今後が変わってくるのだと私は思います。
