でも、ホステスと言うお仕事は違います。お客様とお話をし、お客様を楽しませる事がお仕事なのです。
会話の中でお客様の感触の良い話題を探す
何を話してもリアクションの薄いお客様は、どこのお店にもいらっしゃいますよね。
正直、そのようなお客様は「何しに来ているんだろう…」と思ってしまいます。
でも、そこで諦めて一緒に黙りこくってしまうのではなく、こちらから色々と話題を振ってみましょう。
そうすることで、１つくらいは相手の興味にハマる話題が出てくるはずです。
そこを見逃さずに、話題を広げていって場を盛り上げていくことが大切なのです。
また、中には、リアクションが薄くみえても心の中では楽しんでいる場合も。そんな時に、あなたがしんどそうにしたり、だるそうにしてしまっては楽しい気持ちも冷めてしまいます。

出来るだけ相手から返事が返って来やすい、なおかつその後の話題が広げやすい話を用意しておきましょう。
どこかしらお客様の良い所を探して褒める
褒められて悪い気をする人はいません。
人間はいくつになっても、どんなに偉くなっても褒められたいと感じている生き物なのです。
なので、会話に困った場合や相手にもっと好かれたいと思う場合は、まずは相手のことを褒めましょう。
容姿でも服装でも会話からして頭が良さそうなどとかでもいいですしそれがわからない場合は、雰囲気を褒めるのも１つ。
とにかく相手から好感を持たれる事が大切なのです。

また、相性や性格が合わなないと思ってしまうと、どうしても話しづらくなってしってまったり、席につきたくなくなってしまうことがあるかもしれません。
