水商売におけるアフターって何？！アフターにお客様が誘う目的と、アフターで気をつけるべきことについてまとめました

キャバ嬢の仕事はお店の中だけではありません。お店が終わった後に、お客様と共に時間を過ごすアフターという制度があります。

アフターというと、時間外サービスのイメージがありますねよね。

しかし、アフターでキャバ嬢がいったいどんな事をするのか、どういったメリットがあるのかその内容がまだわからない人も多いのではないでしょうか？

水商売におけるアフターとは？

水商売におけるアフターとは、お店の営業後にキャバ嬢がお客様と一緒に飲みに行ったり、ご飯をつまんだり、カラオケに行ったり・・・

とお店以外の場所に遊びにいくことを指します。

キャバ嬢がプライベートの時間をお客様のために使う、サービス残業のようなものです。（逆は『同伴』。お店の営業前にご飯に行くことをさします。）

アフターに行くのはキャバクラの営業後なので、当然ですが時給は一切発生しません！

しかし、人気キャバ嬢は必ずと行っていいほど、毎日のようにアフターに行きます。と、いうのもアフターには大きな見返りが期待されるから。

しかし、上手に行わないと、メリットを得るどころかデメリットばかりになってしまう可能性も。

この記事では、アフターで気をつけるべきことに加え、アフターを上手に利用しながら効率的に稼ぐ方法についてお話ししていきたいと思います。

お客様はなぜアフターに誘うのか？

働いているとお店が終わる頃にお客様から『お店が終わったらアフターできる？？』などとお誘いを受ける事が多々あるかと思います。

いつも来てくれるお客様からするとたまには女性とプライベートででお食事くらいしたいものですよね。

しかしなんでわざわざお店の外で会わなきゃいけないの？と思ってしまう女の子も多いのは事実です。

まず、お客様からするとなぜお客様はアフターをしたがるのか、具体的な理由を見たいと思います。

理由１：女性と時間を気にせず二人きりになれるから

まず、1つ目の理由です。

これが大半だと思いますが、お客様にとってのアフターとは、お店とは違う場所で気に入っている女の子と親密に過ごす時間であり、時間も気にせずゆっくりと過ごせます。

お酒も入り、いい気分で一緒に飲めるわけです。お客様からすると店から離れた最高の時間なのです。

理由２：お得感があるから

またアフターだと安くお店より長く一緒にいられると言う『お特感』もあります。お店でシャンパンを飲むと何万円もするのに、アフターで飲むともっと安く飲めるのです。

しかし、これをお客様に覚えさせてはいけません。お食事の場合は食べ終わって少しお話に付き合って帰るくらいが丁度いいでしょう。

毎回アフターに誘えば行ってくれるんだと思われると、アフターに行ける時にだけお店に行こう、お店が終わるギリギリの時間に行こう。

と思われてしまうようになります。

理由３：うまくいけばお持ち帰りできるかもしれないから

『女性とやりたい』

少なからずこれもあるでしょう。お酒が入っていると女性の気も自然と緩んでしまいます。

男性側はそこを狙って触って来たり、キスをしようとして来たり、あわよくばその流れでホテルに連れて行こう、とまで考える方もいます。

特に個室は要注意です。カラオケで盛り上がれるお店や、マジックバー、マスターと一緒に話せるバーくらいだとそのような流れにはなりにくいのでオススメです。

理由４：仲良くなりたいから

純粋にもっと話したい！仲良くなりたい！というお客様ももちろんいます。

お店だとバタバタしているためなかなかゆっくりお話ができずもっと知りたい！そんな気持ちからアフターに行く流れになることもあります。

こういったお客様とは仲良くなることで次回につながる可能性も高いです。

理由５：女性が来るか試している

さらには、女性が来るのかどうか試している男性もいます。

若い時期にたくさん女性と遊んで女性のことを見て来た男性や、一度でも女性にお金で騙された男性などはお金目当てで来る女性を好みません。

ですので、アフターという給料に反映しない時間に来るかどうかで、女性の気持ちを図っている場合もあります。

理由６：みんなでワイワイしたい

また、アフターは１対１とは限りません。

団体でのお客様の場合、カラオケがあるお店でもっとワイワイ飲みたい、楽しい時間を純粋にもっと継続させたい、などの場合もあります。

特に、新年会の時期や、ボーナス時期、忘年会の時期などはこういったお客様たちも多いでしょう

アフターはリスクが多い。アフターで気をつけるべきこと

上で話したようにアフターに誘う男性の心理は様々。純粋に楽しみたいだけの方もいれば、明らかに色目当ての方もいらっしゃいます。

ですので、店にとってもそこで働く女性にとってもリスクとなることが多いようです。

女性キャストにとっては閉店後の夜更けに男性客と個人的に会うことのリスクがあるのは当然。

男性客も閉店後でアルコールも入っており、気が緩んでいるため、わがままになることが多くなります。

そんな状態で綺麗な女性キャストと一緒に過ごすのですから、危険は多いですよね。ここからは、アフターに行く時の注意点について幾つかお話しします。

１、関係が浅い場合、何をされるのかわからないことを頭に入れておく

関係が浅いお客様。どういった方かわかりませんよね？

相手のこともよくわかりませんし、危険がいっぱいです。それに相手の方にもアフターに誘えばすぐに来てくれる子だと思われてしまいます。

初めて場内指名をもらったお客様のアフターには行く必要はないと思います。スタッフと一緒だとか、仲のいい女の子何人かで参加するのならアリです。

２、そのままホテルに誘ってくる可能性がある

酔ってしまっては、相手の思う壺です。正直、持ち帰られても仕方ありません。

口説いてこないタイプのお客様でも、無防備な酔った姿を見てしまうと、男性は口説きたくなってしまうのです。さらに相手も酔っているのでどんな状況になってもおかしくありません。

帰りのタクシーでホテルの近くに止められた、などの話もよく聞きます。

３、そのままお客様の車に載せられる可能性がある

自分の車で来るお客様の場合。帰りに送って行くよ！となるケースも。

お客様の車に乗って、気づいたらホテルの駐車場に向かっていたという話はよくあります。

飲酒運転はかなり厳しい罰がありますし、家の近くまで送ってもらうとなると、家の場所も知られてしまいます。

信頼関係ができていれば別ですが、夜中に男性と二人で車に乗るのは危険です。お客様の車に乗るのは避けましょう。

４、体に負担がかかる

これは、もちろんですが、当然アフターをすると寝る時間が遅くなるのです。

専業ならまだしも、昼間は働いていたり、学校に行っている場合、日中に眠くなり作業がはかどらなくなる可能性もあります。

アフターをしたせいで体調が悪くなった、昼間の仕事が上手くいかない、などにはならないようにすることが大切です。

５、カラオケ・個室はいかないようにする

お客様によっては『カラオケいこう！』『個室居酒屋にいこう！』などと言って来る場合もあるかと思います。

これは危険！

なぜなら初めはそういう気は無くても、二人だけの空間となると自然に『手を繋ぎたい』『キスしたい』『さわりたい』という感覚になって行くから。

特にお酒が入っているので、よりその気持ちは高まるでしょう。男性の力は強いです。逃げられないように押さえつけられる可能性もあります。

アフターで個室空間に行くのはオススメしません。

アフターはやり方次第で効果的に使える！アフターのメリット

しかし危険な『アフター』ですが、程よくすることには決して悪いとは思いませんし、うまく生かすとすごく効果的なのです。

いくら素敵な女性でも、どんなに通ってもお金を使っても１回もアフターに繋がらないなら違うお店にいこう・・・となって来てしまいます。

太客につながる可能性が高まる

同伴はお店に一緒に行くことが前提の共に時間を過ごす訳ですから、気持ちは出勤前なのに対して、アフターはその名の通り仕事が終わった後の時間ですから、

お客様には、プライベートで女の子と接っしている気持ちがしますので、太客にしていける可能性も高い制度です。

またお客様の中には、最初からアフターを目的にお店に来る方もでてきますから、同伴はできなくても、まずお店に呼ぶことのできる仕組みにも活用できます。

アフターを同伴とうまく組み合わせて活用することで、貴女のお客様をぐっと引き付けることができる訳です。

また、お客様からすると純粋にアフターに来てくれたことは嬉しいものです。

どちらを応援したくなるでしょう？後者ですよね。

たまに行くことで指名率が上がる

１０回誘われたら３〜４回くらい付き合うのが良いのではないかと思います。

いつでも空いてると思われてもいけません。
断り文句としては
『お誘いありがとうございます。でも今日は先約が入ってしまっていて・・・次はお早めにお誘いくださいね』
など・・・
（実際先約が入ってなくても、お客様の中で競争心があおられます）

お店に行って貴方を指名して来ると言う事は、貴方のどこかしらに魅力を感じているからです。
貴方との時間を『お金』で買っているのです。

アフターを当たり前にさせるのでは無く『特別な時間にする』。これが大切。

来店時のお願いがしやすくなる

また、お客様側も女性がサービスでアフターに来てくれたことは把握しています。

ですので、普段はお酒を飲ませてくれないお客様であっても、アフターに行ったことで、つい財布の紐が緩んで、飲ませてくれることもあります。

さらには、お店で飲むよりも楽しかった思い出が残るので、次回の来店も誘いやすくなります。

アフターはプライベートではない

アフターはお店が終わっているからプライベート・・・と言う考えは違います。

確かに時給は発生しておりませんが、後々の貴方の売上げ等に関わってくる事なのです。
これも仕事だと思いお店にいるときの貴方のキャラのままお客様の『夢』を壊さないように気を抜かないでください。

酔わない程度にお酒はお付き合い出来るといいですね。

ただお客様にはプライベートの時間を過ごしていると思わせないといけないため自分の中で『時間』を決めておいてください。

酔う前にサッと先に帰るくらいがお客様にとっても名残惜しさが残り、また会いたいという気持ちになるため次回の来店までにはそんなに時間がかからないでしょう。

と言う訳で、アフターもやり方次第で効果を得られると言う事です。

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service? Cheers.
