私が現役を退いて数年経ちますが、この数年よく経営者や女の子から聞く言葉の一つが、「若い人が来ない」「お客が週末しかこない」「会社のお金を使う人が減った」などという言葉なんです。
お客さまの全体数が減ってきてるとすると、これは深刻な問題。
今回はこの点をすこし分析してみたいと思います。
男と女が接点を持つこの仕組み
まず、男と女が接点を持つ、この仕組みがこの世の中からなくなる事は絶対にないでしょう。
そこにお酒や権力やお金が介在する事、若い女性の市場価値を商品化するビジネスが成立する事、これも変わらない事だと思います。
ですから、今のキャバクラという形をとるかは別にして、このような環境が続く事は間違いないと思います。
業界の変化
問題は、キャバレーが衰退してキャバクラという形態がでてきたのと同じように業界に変化が出てくることはあり得ると思います。
傾向としてみられる「若い人が来ない」「週末しかこない」という点ですが、金銭的な余裕という面を除けば、二つの要因あると思います。
接点を持つ機会の多様化
一つ目は、女の子と接点をもてる機会が、多様化しているという事です。
これにはSNSの発達が大きく影響していると思われます。
もっと安いお金で、もっと効率的に女の子と接点を持ち、付き合ったり、体の関係を持つ方法がたくさんでてきてるので、高いお金を何度もはらって、気のある子を探して、少しづつ口説いて・・というキャバクラのやり方に、魅力を感じない若者が増えてきているのだと思われます。
キャバクラで働く女の子のレベルの低下
二つ目は、キャバクラで働いている女の子のレベルの低下です。
わかりやすく言えば、プロ意識の低下ですね。
学校やバイト、はたまたＳＮＳなどで出会う子と比べても劣る外見、気配り、会話力で、なんとなく勤務時間中、店にいる、酒を飲む、お客さまは金にしかみえない、というような、サービス業から離脱したキャバ嬢が増えてきているので、
単なる高い酒をのまされたという経験をする事があり、「週末に一人で時間があり、女性と接点もちたい男性」が、主たるターゲットとして残ってきているのが、原因ではないでしょうか？
一方SNSの発達は、派手なシャンパンタワーや凄い集客という一部のカリスマキャバ嬢を突出させて、その店に行く事、その子に会う事にステータスをもたせるという影響も出てきています。
いわば素人のキャバ嬢がプロのようにもてはやされ、プロであるべきアイドルが、素人の女の子っぽく扱われるという流れなのでしょう。
ですから、女の子は一部のプロ化したキャバ嬢が突出していき、差別化がすすみ、
お客さまは、他の同等の目的果たせるサービスの中の一つとして、それほど高い期待をしないサービスとして、キャバクラをとらえていくという傾向が強まってきているのではないかと思います。
今後のキャバクラはどうなるのか？
では、今後キャバクラはどうなっていくのでしょうか？どうしていけばいいのでしょうか？
フリーキャバ嬢の登場
一つのアイデアは、プロ意識の高い流しのキャバ嬢というカテゴリーがでてくるのではと思っています。
お店に属するのではなくて、いわば一匹オオカミのキャバ嬢ですね。今は何でもシェアする時代です。
複数のお店で、人気のある女の子をシェアリングして、より多くのお客さまにサービスを提供していく形になっていく、これは面白いと思います。
キャバ嬢を育成していく形に・・・？
別のアイデアは、これの裏返しですが、複数のお客さまで、新人のキャバ嬢を盛り上げて育成していくというようなキャバ嬢の姿です。
アイドルの育成に違い感じですね。
どちらにせよ、どんな仕組みでも、最後は男と女の気持ちの交流なので、プロのキャバ嬢としての資質があれば、業界の形を変えても、生き残っていけるはずです。
ということで、人口も減っていく日本社会、今回は少し真面目な将来展望を考えてみました。
