さていつになるかはわかりませんが、コロナはいずれ必ず終わるでしょう。
おそらく完全に撲滅するというよりも、共生していく社会になっていくと思います。
では、その時にお店に戻った時に、指名される女の子でいる為には、今何かできるでしょうか？
以前の記事にも書きましたが、まず基本として大切な事は、お客さまと連絡を取り続ける事でしょう。
でも、これだけ長く続いてくると、なかなか話題がなくなってきますよね。
お客様との連絡中の話題について
最初は、最近どうですか？コロナで大変ですよね？で会話になりますが、毎週その話をするのも、不自然ですから、その先が必要になりますね。
普段は、お客さまの事を聞いてあげる事がとても重要ですが、お客さまも今は大変な状態ですので、あまり話す内容もなく、もしくはあまり話したくないかもしれないですね。
となると、話す内容としては、自分の話と、世の中の話になると思います。
まずは、自分の話ですが、これもお客さまの話の裏返しなので、だんだんネタがなくなるかもしれませんが、ここはあえてネタをつくる必要がありますね。
あえてネタを作る
本を読んでみる、映画などをみてみる、YouTubeなどを見てみるでもいいですが、まずは積極的にいろんな情報を自分にインプットしてみましょう。
次は、それをさりげなく、お客さまとの連絡に混ぜてみましょう。
その際に、会話が続くようにするためには、自分の意見や感想を述べた後に、お客さまの感想や意見をさり気なく聞いてみましょう。
貴女の存在を、お客さまの意識の中に残していくために、常に新しい貴女をお客様に
示していく事が大事です。
次は、自分の近況を伝えてみるのも、貴女の存在をお客さまに残す上では重要な事です。
もちろんその中で、得た情報は、きちんと記録をMeltyに残していきましょう。
もちろん今は自粛なので、自由に外に行く事は難しいと思いますので、家でしてるエステや美容、趣味や家族との会話などの話をしてもいいかもしれません。
学生さんであれば、Webでの授業とかの話をしてもいいかもしれないですね。さらには、コロナが終わったら、なにをしたいかとかの話とかもいいかもしれないです。
いずれにせよ、貴女に関する関心を維持してもらうために、貴女の存在を意識させる事がまずは大事。
ただそれだけでは、営業ととられたり、押の強い子と思われる可能性があり、逆効果になる事も多いので、必ず自分の事を述べた後に、お客さまの意見や感想を聞いてみてください。
これによって会話が成立して、キャッチボールができるでしょう。
同じ事は、世の中の話をする場合も同じです。話題を振るだけでなくて、必ず相手の意見や感想、またどのように対応しているかを聞いてみましょう。
目標は会話を通じて、貴女を意識させる事と、相手との気持ちのキャッチボールをする事です。
さいごに
コロナはいつ終わるかわかりませんし、社会の仕組みも大きく変わるかもしれません。
でも、人と人の根本的な関係は、変りませんので、自分の都合のいい時だけでなくて、定期的に連絡をとり続ける事、そして相手への気配りを忘れない事、
この点をきちんと意識して、コロナの期間に来るべきコロナ明けの関係に備えていきましょう。
