皆さんは、避難訓練とか、災害の訓練というのを経験した事があるのではないでしょうか？
将来起きるかも知れない事について、あらかじめ準備をして練習をしておく訳ですね。
特に日本は、災害大国なので、水害とか停電とか電車が止まるとかいろいろ訓練をしておく事は助けになりますね。
ではなぜ訓練がいるかというと、実際に今まで経験した事がない事が起きると、とっさに頭が冷静に働かないで、
後から考えると愚かだなーとか、もっといい方法があったのにという行動をとってしまう事が、あるからですね。
ですから、冷静に判断ができる平常時に、想定できる範囲やそれを少し超えた範囲の事が起きた時の事を想定して、準備をしておくことで本番に備えるのです。
もちろんキャバクラで働いている時に、停電とか地震がくるという話をしているのではないです。（笑）
言いたいことは、お客さまとのとっさの質問、お客さまからのとっさの言動、お客さまとのとっさの遭遇などに備えて、ある程度の準備をしておく事は、身の守りになるのではないかという事です。
では例えばどんなケースがあるでしょうか？いくつか考えてみましょう。
言葉編
１．暴言
非難な中傷などの気続く言葉。感情的になってしまうと、どんどんエキサイトしますから、冷静な態度が必要ですよね。
でもどうしてもかっとなってしまうと、態度にでてしまうので、あらかじめどんな事を言われる可能性があるかを想像しておいたり、
周りのキャストに言われてつらかった言葉を聞いて対応を考えておくのはいいかもしれないですね。
２．嘘
これはある意味、普通にある事ですが、時には嘘にちゃんと付き合わないと気を悪くする人もいるので、びっくりしないで聴く練習もしておくといいかもしれないですね。
私が昔あったお客さまは、宇宙にいったという嘘を真剣にして、すこしでも疑いの顔をすると、激高してました。（笑）
３．身元を探る
これはすこし注意が必要です。
質問されているうちは、設定の内容で回答していけばいいですが、「自分は、・・・だろう？」「家は、・・・だろう」となると、少し危険もあります。
どのような経路で、その情報を得たのかによりますが、そのように完全に身元がばれるような話になった時に、どのように話を濁して、話題を変えるか少し考えておくのは、助けになります。
言動編
１．暴力
それほど多くはないですが、酔った勢いでおかしくなる人もいます。
もちろんこれは正当に反論する権利がありますから、すぐに断固とした態度で、お店の人を呼んでください。
あまり恐怖心が強いと動けないときもあるので、心の準備をしておきましょう。
２．お触り
これも、酔った勢いで限度を超えてくる人もいます。
またお店の種類を勘違いして、セクハラまがいの行為をしてくる人もいるでしょう。
自分の中でどこまでは許容するかを決めておいて、そこまで来ると明確な態度を示す事、そしてそれを無視して、突破してくるならば、
お店の人をすぐによべるように、限界点を決めておく事と、とっさに行動できるように心構えをしておきましょう。
遭遇編
電車や駅、お店などで、お客さまと遭遇する事、時にはプライベートで人といるときに遭遇する事もあります。普通の会話ができれば、問題にはならないですが、
自宅の最寄駅とか学校、職場などの近くの場合は、少しフェイクを入れて対応した方が、いいこともありますね。
あまりに思いがけない遭遇の場合、まいあがって全然訳の分からない事を言ってしまうと、後で、こじれる可能性もあるので、どんな設定でお店にいるかをきちんと確認しておきましょう。
さいごに
いかがでしょうか？
どんなことでも、いきなり起きると人間は、舞い上がってしまうものです。
だからこそ訓練が必要なのですね。上で書いた訓練はどれも、他の訓練に比べるとそんな大変な事ではないですね。
お店のキャスト仲間と、空いてる時間にでも、少し話してみる事ができるといいかもしれないですね。
