Meltyユーザの方にいただいた嬉しい声をまとめていきたいと思います。

使い始めてから2ヶ月で指名客が12人から23人に増えました。

私は、もともとLINEで、お客様の情報を管理していました。

でも、お客さんが10人を超えたくらいから、少し話した内容とお客さんが一致しないことがあって、「前もいったよね」と言われる事があったので、なにかいいアプリはないかと探していたところ、Meltyをみつけました。

ピンクを基調としたデザインが気に入ったのと、専用のアプリで仕事の情報をまとめておきたいと思いました。

最初の1週間で、今までのお客さんの情報をなるべくMeltyに移して、以後お店にきてくれたお客様の情報を記録するようにしました。

私のお店は既婚の方が多いので、特にそのあたりの話せる情報と話してはいけない情報を記録するようにして、話やラインに織り込んでいったところ、3週目くらいに、以前のお客様が再来店された際に、ほめてもらえました。

その後は週に1-2人くらい新しいお客さんが指名に回ってくれるようになり、2か月で、指名来店してくれるお客さまが、12人から23人に増えました。

今後もまめに記録をつけて、会話に含めていきたいです。

割りのいいアルバイト感覚でしていたので、特にお客様の管理とか考えていなかったのですが、コロナの関係で店が短縮営業になり、指名をもってないと出勤するのが難しい状況になりました。

その際に、先輩に、きちんとお客様の事を覚えておいて、連絡するといいよと言われて、インターネットで調べて、Meltyを見つけました。

キャバ嬢さんが制作してるという事で、使いやすいと思いました。

まずは思い出しながら、以前にあったお客様の情報を入力してみました。

改めてメールとかラインを見直しながら、整理すると、色々な事がわかりました。例えば、ある特定の曜日にくることが多いお客様とか、普段着の時とスーツの時があるお客様、シャンパンを頼む時は月末が多いとか、またラインの返事の時間がいつも朝方の方とかがおられることがわかりました。

こおいう情報を登録して、ラインにさりげなく含めてみました。

その中の2人の方が、ラインの交換できるようになって、お店に同伴できてくれるようになりました。

コロナの関係で、女の子からのラインが増えているようなのですが、コピペでなくて、個人的に書いてくれたという感じがよかったようです。

またお客様の情報をちゃんと書くと、自分もやる気になるので、これからも習慣化してしかにいきたいです。

私は、手帳派でした。ただ年度が替わると、お客様の棚卸をして、移し替えていくのが、4年になってきたので、少し面倒に感じたので、アプリを探しました。

『キャバ嬢　顧客管理アプリ』ででてきたので、Meltyを使うことにしました。

ネットの評判でデータが落ちたというような事があったので、最初は心配でしたが、私が使いだしてからは、特に問題はないです。

一度ログインができなくて、メールをしましたが、すごく丁寧な回答だったので、安心しました。

手帳から変わった際の一番大きなメリットは、待機の時間に登録しやすい事、売り上げとかの集計情報が自動で出る事でした。

お客様自体は、3桁くらいいるので、この機会に練習を兼ねて、登録を一人一人を思い浮かべながらしてみました。これは2週間かかりました。

その間に新しいお客様も増えたり、依然のお客様が来店もされたので、その情報も入れてみました。

顧客管理としての基本的な知識はあるつもりでしたが、Meltyの登録項目はよく考えられれているなと感じています。確かキャバ嬢さんも監修してるとかでしたので。

今はコロナで、顧客管理の重要性が増すと思うので、アプリを活用して、頑張っていきたいです。
